This year’s trip will include 50 law students, 10 MBA students, five social work students and 25 undergraduates. The mission of the trip is continuing the Howard law legacy of “social engineering.”
Despite the harsh economic times, Howard students remain committed to helping others.
Worksites include criminal defense work, housing/tenants rights, consumer rights, small-business certification, homeless advocacy, disaster relief and equal education outreach. The sites are made possible through legal and community organizations that offer recovery services throughout the year.
